为什么请求失败？
请检查网络连接并稍后重试。AI 服务可能暂时繁忙，应用会显示可恢复的错误提示。
语音输入会保存录音吗？
应用不保存录音文件。语音识别由设备系统服务提供，具体联网行为取决于设备和系统服务。腾讯云 ASR 当前未启用。
如何删除本地数据？
在历史记录中删除对应对话，在我的语言库中取消收藏或删除收藏夹。若要删除设备上的全部本地数据，可使用系统应用设置中的“清除应用数据”或卸载应用；这可能同时删除历史、收藏和设置。
如何申请查询或删除相关数据？
请发送邮件至以下地址。请不要在邮件中发送 API Key、密码或完整敏感内容。当前没有账号系统，服务器侧请求日志的具体保留期限需根据运营配置确认。

Why did my request fail?
Check your connection and try again later. The AI service may be temporarily busy; the app should provide a recoverable error.
Does voice input store recordings?
The app does not store audio files. Speech recognition is provided by the device system, and network behavior depends on the device and recognition service. Tencent Cloud ASR is not enabled.
How do I delete local data?
Delete conversations from History and unsave expressions or delete collections in My Language Library. To remove all local data from the device, use the operating system's clear-app-data control or uninstall the app; this may remove history, saved content, and settings.
How do I request access or deletion?
Email us at the address below. Do not send API keys, passwords, or complete sensitive content. There is currently no account system; the exact retention period for server request logs depends on the operational configuration.
