1. 我们处理的数据
你主动提交的表达内容、模式、源语言、目标语言和辅助说明语言会经由 ZaShuo Backend 发送给 DeepSeek，用于生成语言学习结果。对话、AI 回复、解析、收藏、练习和设置主要保存在当前设备的本地数据库或偏好存储中，不进行内容云同步。
创建账号后，我们可能处理邮箱、账号状态、设备和会话、会员与权益、订单与退款、验证码挑战、AI 请求次数、Token 用量、请求耗时、模型和成功状态等必要服务数据。Backend 不保存对话正文、AI 正文、录音或本地收藏内容。
2. 邮件、语音和第三方服务
邮箱用于登录、账号安全和注销验证。验证码邮件由 Resend 发送，发送所需数据限于收件地址、验证码邮件内容及投递所需元数据；不用于广告营销，也不启用邮件打开和点击追踪。系统语音识别只在你主动点击麦克风后使用，应用不保存录音；设备系统或识别服务的联网和处理方式取决于设备及系统设置。
腾讯云 ASR 当前未部署、未启用。Google Play Billing 和 Apple App Store 订阅在尚未启用的构建中不会被描述为已提供。
3. 日志和保存
服务器可能处理 IP、User-Agent、请求路径、状态、时间、延迟、请求 ID 和错误类别等安全运行信息。Nginx 与 Backend 应用日志计划按日轮转，最长保留 30 天；必要系统日志依主机策略保留。生产日志不以功能需要记录用户输入、AI 正文、Authorization、Token、验证码或 API Key。
4. 安全、删除和权利
网络传输使用 HTTPS，服务端密钥不放入客户端。你可以在应用内管理本地内容；退出或注销账号不会删除设备上的历史和收藏，因为它们未上传。注销会删除或匿名化账号、身份、会话、权益及非必要用量关联，并撤销会员权益；法律、会计、退款、争议或必要安全记录可能在解除直接身份关联后按适用要求保留，具体期限以实际政策为准。
你可以通过应用功能删除本地数据，也可以联系运营者咨询访问、更正或删除服务端账号数据。请勿通过邮件发送密码、验证码、API Key或完整敏感正文。
5. DeepSeek
DeepSeek 可能处理为完成 AI 请求所需的输入、网络和运行信息。相关处理以其适用的官方服务条款和隐私政策为准；我们不替 DeepSeek 承诺未由其官方文件确认的具体保存期限或地域。
1. Data we process
Text you submit, the selected mode, source language, target language, and explanation language are sent through the ZaShuo Backend to DeepSeek to generate learning results. Conversations, AI responses, analyses, saved expressions, practice data, and settings are primarily stored in local device storage. We do not provide cloud content sync.
When you create an account, we may process your email, account status, devices and sessions, membership and entitlements, orders and refunds, verification challenges, AI request counts, token usage, latency, model, and success status as needed to operate the service. The Backend does not store conversation text, AI text, recordings, or local saved content.
2. Email, voice, and third parties
Email is used for sign-in, account security, and deletion verification. Resend delivers verification email using the minimum data needed for delivery, including the destination, message content, and delivery metadata. It is not used for advertising, and open or click tracking is not enabled. System speech recognition is used only after you tap the microphone; the app does not store recordings. Device and recognition-service network behavior depends on the device and its settings.
Tencent Cloud ASR is not deployed or enabled. Google Play Billing and Apple App Store subscriptions are not represented as available in builds where they are not enabled.
3. Logs and retention
The server may process IP address, User-Agent, request path, status, time, latency, request ID, and error category for operation and security. Nginx and Backend application logs are planned for daily rotation with a maximum retention of 30 days; necessary system logs follow host policy. Production logs are not intended to record user input, AI text, Authorization, tokens, verification codes, or API keys.
4. Security, deletion, and rights
Network traffic uses HTTPS and server secrets are kept off the client. You can manage local content in the app; signing out or deleting an account does not delete device history or saved content because it was not uploaded. Account deletion removes or anonymizes the account, identity, sessions, entitlements, and non-essential usage associations, and revokes membership benefits. Minimum records needed for legal, accounting, refund, dispute, or security purposes may remain after direct identity is removed, subject to applicable requirements; no unconfirmed retention period is promised.
You can delete local data in the app or contact the operator about access, correction, or deletion of server-side account data. Do not email passwords, verification codes, API keys, or complete sensitive content.
5. DeepSeek
DeepSeek may process information needed to complete an AI request, including input and network or operational information. That processing is governed by its official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not promise a specific retention period or location that those official documents do not confirm.
